This End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between HUNG DAO VUONG ACADEMY JOINT STOCK COMPANY (the "Licensor") and the organization that installs API Connector (the "Application") on its Bitrix24 account (the "Customer"). The person who installs the Application confirms that they are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of the Customer. By installing or using the Application, the Customer agrees to this Agreement. If the Customer does not agree, it must not install the Application and must uninstall it if it is already installed.

1. The Application

The Application is a Bitrix24 application that adds workflow automation robots to a Bitrix24 account: an HTTP / API request robot that calls Bitrix24 REST methods or external HTTPS endpoints, a code robot that runs Customer-written JavaScript in an isolated sandbox, and a short pause robot. The Application is hosted by the Licensor and is accessed from within Bitrix24.

2. License grant

Subject to this Agreement, the Licensor grants the Customer a free of charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, worldwide license to install the Application on the Customer's Bitrix24 accounts and to let the Customer's users use it for the Customer's internal business purposes for as long as the Application stays installed.

3. Price

The Application is distributed free of charge. The Licensor does not charge installation, subscription or usage fees. Features or limits of a Bitrix24 plan required to run workflows (for example, business processes and automation rules) are governed by the Customer's agreement with Bitrix24, not by this Agreement.

4. Restrictions

The Customer must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

• sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise provide the Application to third parties as a standalone product;
• copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Application, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits it despite this restriction;
• attempt to bypass the code sandbox, the network restrictions, the Bitrix24 method restrictions, the rate limits or any other security measure of the Application;
• use the Application to access systems or data without authorization, to attack, overload or scan third-party systems, or to send unsolicited messages;
• use the Application in violation of applicable law or of the Bitrix24 terms of service.

5. Customer configuration and content

The Customer decides which workflows use the Application, which Bitrix24 methods and external URLs the robots call, which JavaScript code runs, which credentials are stored and where results are written. The Customer is responsible for that configuration, for having the right to send its data to the external services it configures, and for the results of the workflows it builds. Customer code runs with fixed resource limits (64 MB of memory and 30 seconds per run); external requests are HTTPS-only and requests to internal or private network addresses are blocked.

6. Third-party services

Bitrix24 is provided by its own operator under its own terms. External APIs called by the Customer's robots are chosen by the Customer and are governed by the terms and privacy policies of their providers. The Licensor is not responsible for the availability, content or data handling of third-party services.

7. Data protection

The Licensor processes data only to provide the Application, as described in the Privacy policy , which forms part of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual property

The Application, including its software, design and documentation, is owned by the Licensor and is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved. The Customer keeps all rights in its own data, code and configuration.

9. Updates and availability

The Licensor may update, change or discontinue features of the Application at any time. Updates may be applied automatically. The Application is provided without a guaranteed service level; the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside the Licensor's control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Application or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Term and termination

This Agreement starts when the Application is installed and continues until it is uninstalled from all of the Customer's Bitrix24 accounts. The Customer may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Application. The Licensor may suspend or terminate the Customer's access if the Customer breaches this Agreement. After termination, data is retained or deleted as described in the Privacy policy.

13. Changes to this Agreement

The Licensor may change this Agreement by publishing a new version at this address with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after the new version takes effect means the Customer accepts it.

14. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country in which the Licensor is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or data protection rules that apply to the Customer remain unaffected.
