What to include in a request

• your Bitrix24 address (for example, yourcompany.bitrix24.com);
• the robot involved (HTTP / API request, code or short pause) and the workflow or automation rule that uses it;
• the date and time of the problem with your time zone, and the status and error message shown in the job log;
• what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any error message or screenshot.

Never send passwords, OAuth tokens, API keys or other secrets in a support request. We will never ask for them.

Before contacting us

• Open the application in Bitrix24: the dashboard shows the robot registration status and lets an administrator register the robots again.
• The activity report and job log on the dashboard (administrators only) show the status, response and error message of every robot run from the last 14 days.
• Installing and configuring the application requires Bitrix24 administrator rights and a Bitrix24 plan that includes workflows and automation rules.
